- What is the minimum order quantity for rotational molding?
Great question! We typically require a minimum of 250-500 parts per year, depending on the size and complexity of the product. But here’s the thing—we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We happily support customers with 500 parts a year or 50,000 parts a year (or anywhere in between!). Let’s talk and see how we can make it work for you.
- What is your lead time for rotational molding projects?
We know you’re eager to get your product into the world, and we’re just as excited to make that happen! Here’s what you can expect:
- New tooling: 4-6 weeks (depending on specialized materials and components lead time, quality approval process, etc)
- Existing tool transfers: 3-4 weeks (depending on the same factors mentioned above)
- Production runs: 2-4 weeks after tooling approval
We work hard to balance speed and quality because at the end of the day, we want your parts to be perfect, not rushed.
- Do you have open capacity for new rotational molding projects?
Yes, we do! Our production schedule is always humming along, but we actively evaluate new projects to find the best fit. With facilities in both Hartwell, Georgia, and Manitowoc, Wisconsin, we’ve got the capability and flexibility to take on new work. Need a reliable manufacturing partner? Let’s talk timelines and get the ball rolling. Our Georgia team is looking to take on new partners NOW! With fast lead times
- Do you have an engineering team to help design my product?
