Redline Plastics announces the groundbreaking ceremony for their new 117,900 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Manitowoc, WI. This new facility will be more than twice the space of their current home. The groundbreaking ceremony will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at the construction site for their new plant located on South 59th Street in the Manitowoc I-43 Technology & Enterprise Campus.

The new manufacturing facility is needed due to continued growth over the last few of years. The company currently has 100 employees and is projected to hire more than 40 new employees over the next three years. The building is being constructed on 11.1 acres, large enough to add another 100,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space to accommodate future growth.

“Manitowoc is a wonderful community and we are excited to continue our growth and investment in the community and its people,” says Nick Murray, vice president of operations.

The project represents an estimated $12.5 million investment and is scheduled to be completed by November, 2019.
