Grow with a Growing Company, join our team and learn multiple skills, like none other.   We are looking for those who are looking for long-term employment, and able to learn several different jobs.  Our Rotational Molders, trimmers, assemblers and utility/powder team members make it happen by being flexible, dependable and eager to learn.  Opportunities would be for 8-hour shifts on 1st, 2nd and/or 3rd shifts, positions may be available now and/or for future growth.

Candidates must be able to:

• High attention to detail and able to retain and follow detailed work instructions
• detect and communicate molding defects efficiently and effectively
• work through difficult and complex situations without becoming frustrated

• perform simple math and measurements
• create and maintain accurate production records

Some of the responsibilities and job duties include:

• Inspects and reviews plastic parts when molded
• Use a variety of hand tools and power equipment to meet part standards
• Demonstrate the proper usage and safety of hand tools
• Properly identifies and prevents defective parts from being produced and/or shipped
• Ensures that parts are in accordance with customer and quality specifications, while maintaining an appropriate production pace
