Announcing the recipients of the 2025 Wisconsin Titan 100

The Titan 100 program recognizes Wisconsin’s Top 100 CEOs & C-level executives. They are the area’s most accomplished business leaders in their industry using criteria that include demonstrating exceptional leadership, vision, and passion. Nick’s entrepreneurial journey began in the poultry industry, where he quickly advanced to leadership roles, managing diverse teams and complex operations. He then joined the Marine segment of the business with his current employer where he played a key role in the growth of the marine division and led the transformation of the plastics segment into Redline Plastics. Under his leadership, the company achieved over 2,400% growth, expanded its facilities, and completed a strategic acquisition. Promoted to President in 2022, Nick has continued to drive the company’s success, demonstrating relentless ambition and a commitment to excellence.
