FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Redline Plastics Shines at the Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year Awards

This week the Redline team attended the Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year Awards with a clear goal in mind: to bring home significant recognition. As a four-time nominee, our team entered the event with determination—and we did not leave empty-handed.

Although we did not secure the Manufacturer of the Year title for Medium-Sized Business this year, our commitment to excellence was recognized with the prestigious ‘Top of the Line Workplace’ special award. This honor reflects our ongoing dedication to fostering a supportive and innovative work environment.

The event also celebrated outstanding achievements across the manufacturing sector. Four Grand Awards were distributed in four size categories for impeccable performance, wholly showcasing the strength and vibrancy of manufacturing. Additionally, five special awards were given to companies that demonstrated unique qualities worthy of recognition.

Nick Murray, President of Redline Plastics, shared, “This award is not just a trophy on our shelf—it’s a testament to the heart and soul of every team member at Redline. We strive to build a culture where innovation meets compassion, and every individual feels celebrated. I am incredibly proud to be part of this journey.”

Chuck Webster, CEO, added, “Attending the Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year Awards was a profound reminder of why we do what we do. Our recognition as a ‘Top of the Line Workplace’ fills us with immense gratitude and reaffirms our commitment to our people, our families, and the community we serve. It’s a heartfelt honor that inspires us to continue pushing the boundaries of excellence.”

Both leaders expressed deep appreciation for their team’s relentless passion and hard work, noting that this achievement is a collective victory that extends beyond the workplace to their families and local communities. Their heartfelt words underscore a commitment not only to business success but also to nurturing a supportive and enriching work environment.

Congratulations to all the winners and fellow nominees. We remain motivated and inspired as we strive to maintain Redline Plastics as the best place to work.
