Redline Plastics Invests $50,000 to Expand Access to No-Cost Full-Day 4K Cornerstone Sponsorship will help prepare new YMCA enrichment classrooms for up to 200 local children MANITOWOC, Wis. (July 27, 2026) – Redline Plastics is proud to invest $50,000 in the Manitowoc-Two Rivers YMCA’s new 4K Y Enrichment program at Riverview Early Learning Center. As the program’s Cornerstone Sponsor, Redline will help furnish, equip and prepare classrooms for children beginning this fall. Launching September 8, the partnership between the Manitowoc Public School District and the YMCA will provide families with a new, no-cost full-day 4K option. Children will participate in MPSD 4K for half of the day and YMCA-led enrichment programming for the other half, creating a seamless day of learning and care from 8:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
“We’re incredibly proud to support a program that will make a real difference for children and families in our community,” said Chuck Webster, Jr., CEO of Redline Plastics. “When working families have access to dependable, high-quality early learning, our entire community becomes stronger. We’re honored to help create more opportunities for local children to learn, grow and thrive.” Redline’s contribution will support classroom setup, age-appropriate furniture and learning spaces, educational materials, classroom supplies, and safety and accessibility enhancements.
The new program addresses a significant challenge for working families whose schedules do not align with traditional half-day 4K programming. By offering a reliable full-day option at no additional cost, the partnership will help reduce barriers to employment while ensuring more children enter school prepared to learn and succeed. “Redline Plastics understood immediately how meaningful this opportunity could be for children, parents and employers throughout our community,” said Julie Grossman, Chief Executive Officer of the Manitowoc-Two Rivers YMCA. “Redline Plastics’ generous investment not only helps kids thrive, but recognizes that child care is a fundamental component of a thriving local economy. They understand that when kids are well cared for, our workforce is more stable and our future employees are more prepared.”
The partnership has the potential to expand YMCA programming for four-year-olds from 18 children to as many as 200, greatly increasing access to high-quality early learning throughout the Manitowoc community. “At Redline, investing in our community means supporting the people and programs that help it grow stronger,” said Nick Murray, President of Redline Plastics. “This partnership is especially meaningful because it supports children today, provides greater stability for working parents and helps build a stronger future for our entire community.” Registration is still being accepted for Early Learning and 4K Y Enrichment.
